Celebrity MasterChef 2023 line-up: Confirmed cast for season 18

The Celebrity MasterChef 2023 final will see the remaining cooks take on some seriously tough challenges as they battle it out for the winning title under the watchful eyes of judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace.

But who will become the latest star to lift the coveted Celebrity MasterChef trophy? We’ll have to wait and see.

Max is best known as being the lead singer of boy band The Wanted, who achieved huge chart success from their inception in 2010.

Also enjoying a career as a solo artist, Max has worked as an actor, and competed in several reality shows including Bear Grylls: Mission Survive, Strictly Come Dancing and The Games.

Wynne Evans - finalist

Age: 51

Job: Welsh singer

Viewers will best know Wynne for his appearances as Gio Compario in the adverts for insurance comparison website Go Compare, which first hit our screens in 2009.

But away from the advertisements, Wynne is an opera singer in his own right, and his album A Song in My Heart went to number one in the UK Classical Charts.

Amy Walsh - finalist

Job: Actor

Actress Amy has been a familiar face in the Dales for a while, as she has played Tracy Metcalfe in Emmerdale since 2014.

The younger sibling of Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh, the star has also appeared in Hollyoaks Later, and as a member of her sister's team on All Star Family Fortunes.

Jamelia - finalist

Job: Actor, singer and songwriter

Singer-songwriter Jamelia has been in the public eye since she was 15 - but will she have what it takes to be a superstar in the kitchen?

As well as a career in the music biz, Jamelia joined the cast of Hollyoaks last year as the character Sharon Bailey.

Luca Bish - finalist

Job: Reality TV star

As a former fishmonger, Luca will certainly have an advantage when it comes to any seafood-based challenges in the kitchen!

Now a full-time influencer, Luca first came to our attention during the summer season of Love Island 2022, where he finished in second place alongside his then-girlfriend, Gemma Owen. However, the pair sadly split in November last year.

Cheryl Hole - eliminated

Job: Drag Race UK star

Drag queen Cheryl (real name Luke Underwood-Bleach) has already had a taste of reality show success, when she made it to the penultimate episode of the first series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK.

She later starred on Drag Race: UK vs the World, and also made her West End debut last year in the play Death Drop.

DJ Locksmith - eliminated

Age: 34

Job: Musician

Leon 'Locksmith' Rolle is best known as being a member of drum and bass band Rudimental, who rose to prominence in 2012 thanks to songs such as Feel the Love, Waiting All Night and Powerless.

Away from music, Locksmith has appeared on the reality show Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, and last year released his book, About This Boy.

Sam Fox - eliminated

Job: Singer and former glamour model

Beginning her career as a glamour model in 1983, Sam's glittering career has also seen her sign a five-album deal, and she has several acting credits under her belt.

No stranger to a celebrity entertainment show, Sam has also taken part in Celebrity Wife Swap, I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, Come Dine with Me and Celebrity Big Brother 18.

Shazia Mirza - eliminated

Job: Comedian

A former science teacher who counted Dizzee Rascal as a pupil, Shazia is now a comedian, actress and writer.

She has written columns for publications such as The Guardian and The New Statesman, and has also appeared on the reality shows Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls and Celebs in Solitary.

Marcus Brigstocke - eliminated

Along with his friend will.i.am, he is a founding member of Black Eyed Peas, and the group have enjoyed international success thanks to their hits such as Shut Up, Let's Get it Started and Where Is the Love?.

Dianne Buswell - eliminated

Dianne has become a firm favourite on our screens since twirling onto the Strictly Come Dancing stage in 2017.

Hailing from Bunbury in western Australia, the dancer has been dating Joe Sugg, her celebrity partner from Strictly, since late 2018.

Michael Praed - eliminated

Age: 63

Job: Actor

Michael is an actor and narrator, probably most well-known for playing the lead role in Robin of Sherwood, which gained cult worldwide status in the 1980s.

More recently, he played Frank Clayton in Emmerdale for three years, until he left the soap in 2019.

Terry Christian - eliminated

Job: Comedian

Remi is a radio DJ and presenter who began her career on the airwaves in 2017, and shortly afterwards grabbed her own live show on Reprezent Radio.

She now presents the BBC 1Xtra Afternoon Show, and 2021 saw Remi make her TV debut co-presenting BBC3's Tonight with Target show.

Dani Dyer - eliminated

Shooting to fame on the fourth season of Love Island, Dani Dyer is a reality TV star who won the ITV2 show back in 2015 with her then-boyfriend, Jack Fincham.

This year, the mum-of-three fronted a documentary called Dani Dyer: Is This Anxiety? about maternal mental health, and starred in a travel series with her actor father Danny called Absolutely Dyer: Danny and Dani Do Italy.

James Buckley - eliminated

Job: Actor

Best known as being one quarter of The Inbetweeners, James starred as Jay Cartwright on the show for two years from 2008.

Reviving the role for the sitcom's two movies, James has also featured as a character in White Gold, Rock & Chips and Zapped.

Richie Anderson - eliminated

This isn't Richie's first bash at a reality show - as the radio personality also strutted his stuff on Strictly Come Dancing last year!

While he was voted out second in the competition, Richie made quite the impression - and will no doubt be looking do the same thing in the MasterChef kitchen!
